I am a real estate agent and I am putting together 2 students and/or young professionals to be on a shared lease in a spacious 2 Bedroom/1 Full bath apartment.

-Located at 600 West 142nd Street

(1st floor apartment)

-Video tour available!

-January 1st move-in (can possibly move in by Jan 28-30th)

-Heat/Water included
(Electric/wifi split between roommates)

-Pet friendly (20lb limit)
(subject to landlord/roommate approval)

to move in you will need
-First month's rent
-Broker fee (equals one month rent)
-$20 application fee for a credit/background check
(NO SECURITY DEPOSIT REQUIRED)

You will be on a 12 MONTH and you will need to be approved like you would for any New York City apartment lease, be prepared to provide a tax return/W2, paystubs, bank statement, proof of employment, and ID.

NOTE: YOU WILL ONLY BE RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR SHARE OF THE RENT

*All applicants must earn 40X the rent (about 42k-54k minimum annual income) and have a minimum credit score of 650.

Guarantors/Co-signers are accepted if you do not meet the above requirements
(guarantors need to earn 80x rent and have a minimum credit score of 700)

Room Breakdown based on size/location:
Room A-$1050 good for Twin/Full size bed
Room B-$1350 good for King size bed
