Starting August 26th, a separate large room (~150 sq ft) with oak veneer furniture is available for long-term rent in a 2nd-floor, 1-bedroom apartment in downtown Brooklyn. This large, non-smoking room is available for rent to a working, decent, independent young man with no smoking permit (no "only outside, on holidays," etc., no vapes, e-cigarettes, no incense). Oak parquet floors, a wicker closet, and a large window. The building has a 24-hour laundromat. Conveniently located between the B, Q, and F trains (all express stops). Bus B8 is right outside the building, and B68 is one block away. Shops are nearby. The owner is from Belarus, works in Pittsburgh, and shows up once every 1-2 months for 3-4 days or less (so most of the time there's no one else in the apartment, and it's effectively rented out). He prefers fellow Slavs (Long live Belarus! Glory to Ukraine! Khutin - Puylo! :) This is to clear up any questions). Brothers from the Caucasus and Central Asia, call someone else; in my building, they only speak languages I understand. This isn't a dorm, so no "me and my friend, wife, brother, sister, child, etc." A sense of humor, as you've probably figured out, is highly appreciated. $950 + bills (gas and electricity). (Viewings are only available until the evening of this Wednesday, August 19th.)
