Key Responsibilities :

• Manage and organize the schedule of the Head of Logistics, including appointments and meetings.
• Coordinate travel plans, itineraries, and accommodations.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence.
• Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries with professionalism.
• Maintain and organize files, records, and other documentation.
• Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist in the preparation of meeting agendas and take minutes during discussions.
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications :

• Previous experience in a secretary or administrative role (logistics background is a plus).
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
