Seeking an articulate and self-motivated Medical Biller for a full-time employment opportunity. This position requires excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Review claims for accuracy and completeness, obtain and/or correct any missing or inaccurate information • Compile and submit claims within the designated time frame • Check Eligibility via Insurance websites and /or telephone • Research and resolve routine billing problems and discrepancies • Research and re-bill unpaid claims, as necessary • Post payments timely with 100% accuracy • A/R follow-up of unpaid or denied claims • Perform collections. Communicate with ins. carriers. • Escalate unresolved issues to Billing Manager in a timely manner • Utilize company IT systems and software. • Knowledge of Web based Eligibility and E-paces eligibility • Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word
