Elderly patients in Brooklyn, Queens, Staten Island, etc. Full or part time. Day and/or night shifts. With or without accommodation. Work from home or in the hospital. Required documents: 1. DECLARATION OF FREEDOM FROM INFECTIOUS DISEASE (within 6 months), signed by a doctor. 2. CNA license, HHA certificate or PCT certificate. 3. Level 2 Background Check with AHCA 4. CPR Card 5. Driver's License or Photo ID and Social Security Card.
