Roman K Salon is a high end, modern salon with 2 other successful locations throughout Manhattan. We are looking for an approachable reliable Lead Receptionist to join our team at the Flatiron location! Responsibilities: Greeting Clients/Providing exceptional level of Customer Service Managing salon books and daily flow Assisting the manager with day to do tasks Answering phones/client scheduling Checking clients in/out (payment transactions) Maintaining staff schedules Networking with Local Businesses Social Media Content & Post Creation Managing inventory and corresponding with different vendors (placing orders, order issues, returns and so on) Keeping product shelves and storage shelves organized and neat all the time Comfort level holding team accountable. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to multi-task, and "keep cool" Qualifications: FRIENDLY and OUTGOING PUNCTUAL PROACTIVE ATTITUDE SPEAK AND UNDERSTAND ENGLISH FLUENTLY Previous Salon Management experience a Plus!
