Necessarily:
- work authorization/green card/citizenship.
- Possession of any state driver's license, Class D or higher (CDL preferred).
- Availability of a company (LLC, Inc, Corp.).
Payment:
— The driver receives 55% of the gross.
— Empty miles, extra. services (loading, unloading, etc.) are discussed with the dispatcher individually in each case.
Driver responsibilities:
— Travel norm is from 700 miles per day.
— Timely loading and delivery of cargo.
— The driver is provided with dispatch support. The driver only picks up the cargo and delivers it to its destination.
