Building Management in Brooklyn, Brighton Region, is looking for a superintendent who speaks English and Russian, On-Call 24/7. The Superintendent is responsible for overseeing the maintenance and security equipment in the two buildings, as well as for the ongoing maintenance and repair of the buildings. This is a live-in position that includes responsibility for after-hours emergencies and 24-hour on-call duty.
Position: Live-In Superintendent
Location: Brooklyn, New York (Brighton area)
Schedule: Monday-Friday; from 8:00 to 16:00
Salary: $20/hour at the start.
