Responsibilities: Maintaining full company accounting records in accordance with US law. Account management, transaction processing, reconciliation of bank transactions. Preparation and submission of tax reports (including Sales Tax, Income Tax). Control over cash flow, preparation of financial reports. Interaction with tax authorities, auditors and other regulatory organizations. Payroll calculation, accounting of vacations and sick leave of employees. Analysis of the company's financial activities and recommendations for cost optimization. Requirements: Experience as an accountant in the USA for at least 2 years (experience in e-commerce will be an advantage). Knowledge of US legislation and the tax system. Confident use of accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks, Xero). Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail. English level: Intermediate and above. Responsible, organized, able to multitask.
