Without a deposit in the center of Brooklyn in a building on the 2nd floor in 1-bed (separate rooms) for a long term only NON-SMOKING (no "only outside, on holidays" etc., no vapes, no electronic cigarettes, no incense) to a working decent and independent young man without a pension a separate large room (~150 sqFt) with oak veneer furniture is rented. Oak parquet, a closet, a large window. The building has a 24-hour lounge. Between trains B, Q and F (all express stops). Bus B8 near the house, B68 - one block. Shops nearby. The owner is from Belarus, works in another state and shows up once every 2 weeks for 3-4 days or less (so most of the time there is no one else in the apartment). Prefers Slavic brothers (Long live Belarus! Glory to Ukraine! Khutin - Puylo! :) ). This is not a hostel, so no "me and my friend, wife, brother, sister, child, etc." A sense of humor is highly appreciated. $900 (Internet (WI-FI + cable) included) + bills (gas-electricity) proportional to the number of days of stay (~$50).
