In the center of Brooklyn in a building on the 2nd floor in 1-bed (with separate rooms) for a long period of time only NON-SMOKING (not “only on the street, on holidays”, etc., no vapes, no electronic cigarettes or incense) working A separate large room (~150 SqFt) with oak veneer furniture is rented to a decent and independent young man. The second tenant is from Belarus, works in another state and appears occasionally (once every 2 weeks for 3-4 days or even less often - so it’s actually a studio apartment for rent).
