This is a single room studio, which is divided in two parts with room dividers, so a reasonable privacy is assured. This is an inexpensive alternative to motels and hostels as it's a cozy and quiet home environment in a safe neighborhood near B,Q train station. However this is a single room sharing, NOT a private separate room. Two extra sofas are available for one or two roommates. Perhaps good for a one or two students with busy schedules.
