and provide them with friendly
communication and emotional support.
5. OPWDD is a program for patients (including) with developmental disabilities, including intellectual disabilities, cerebral palsy, Down syndrome, autism and other neurological diseases.
Services that
we offer:
1. HHA/PCA - Home Care Aides (home aides). Our agency's certified staff help elderly or disabled people in their daily lives. Home attendants are trained to help with tasks such as preparing meals, cleaning the house, maintaining hygiene, and much more that the patient may need.
2. CDPAP is part of the New York State Medicaid program that allows a patient to hire family members, acquaintances, or friends to care for them at home. The advantage of the program is the ability to control the care plan.
3. NHTD - the program allows the patient to avoid living in a nursing home. If necessary, the service can be provided around the clock (12 hours during the day and 12 hours at night), which promotes independence and improves the patient’s quality of life.
4. TBI is a home care program for victims of brain injury, heart attack, stroke or accident.
5. OPWDD is a program for people with developmental disabilities, including intellectual disabilities, cerebral palsy, Down syndrome, autism and other neurological diseases.
