Update: The owner just gave me a set of plans that are not approved. Who ever buy the land can use these and surmet the plans to get approve. The plans are for a two family home. Now you have the land and plans that you can get approve that will save you time. This 20 x 100 vacant lot is in a R5B zoning district. The lot is located in Canarsie area of Brooklyn, one block off of Flatlands Ave. Please feel free to drive by the vacant lot if you would like to view it. If you would like to know what you can build on this lot, the New York City Handbook will give you the answer to that question. It can be found online in a PDF format.
