Plan and layout work, develop time and material lists for projects. Read and interpret plans, codes, diagrams, architectural blueprints and specifications. Test, adjust, calibrate, and maintain building heating, air conditioning, and ventilating equipment controls equipment and systems. Perform maintenance on bathroom exhaust fans, clothes dryers, sump pumps and generators.
