Must be reachable for appointment on the current Civil Service eligible list for the title; or must have permanent status as a Food Service Worker 2, Grade 9, and be eligible for lateral transfer; or be eligible to transfer via Section 70.1 of the Civil Service Law, if have 1 year of permanent competitive or 55-b / 55-c service in a qualifying title within two salary grades of the Grade 9 level.
