Reliable transportstion, clean driving/criminal record required. Tax ID or ssn requred. Responsible for providing excellent customer service and driving customer loyalty, quality, and overall satisfaction by installing, programming, configuring, and trouble-shooting new site automation solutions. Installation equipment included but not limited cameras, doorbells, termostats, TV mounts, wirelles alarm systems, smart hubs, network run etc. You will travel to customer location and complete installation at the customer's site. A suitable vehicle, and tools will be needed for technician to drive to job sites and complete work. Tasks and Responsibilities: Meets customer commitments by arriving within estimated time of arrival. Follows and completes required processes of wired and wireless technology and connection procedures. Install, services, programs, configures, dismantles, reconstructs, converts, and trouble-shoots new security and site automation solutions including, but not limited to wireless alarm systems, security cameras , smart thermostats, smart hub, sound systems, tv mounts install, networking, access control. Tests and validates system signals/communication with central monitoring to properly establish service. Demonstrates the operation and functionality of all provided services to the customer by explaining the proper operation of the technology and services. Assists the customer with security and technology enhancements by effectively identifying additional areas of opportunities and offers solution enhancements or alternatives to increase customer satisfaction. Suggests innovative and additional solutions to customer to fulfill their security and site automation needs.
