Russian speaking Technical Manager Brooklyn NY (must have a personal vehicle) • Warehouse workers control and inventory managing. • Build and manage technicians / installers team. • Recruiting and interviewing new technical personnel. • Establish great relationships with customers after the water filtration project installation in their houses. • Manage technical issues around the clock, including weekends and holidays when necessary. • Monitor, review, and improve in-field operations, making recommendations for continuous improvement of product and service. • Develop training plans and identify / build technical experts within the organization. • Develop and contribute to technical troubleshooting documents, best practices, and other knowledge instructions for internal use. • Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills. • Excellent customer relationship, verbal, and written communication skills. • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as needed. • A team player with a strong desire to work at a rapidly growing company and make it a success.
