Hi, I'm a college student at FIT and I'm looking for 2-3 roommates to share my apartment in Country Club, Bronx. I would prefer female student roommates who are clean, respectful of noise and boundaries, and willing to participate in household chores. Small pets are negotiable so just ask and we can work it out!
- 3 bedroom apartment (first floor walk-up) with 2 available bedrooms
- small bedroom ($1000 utilities + wifi included)
- large bedroom ($1800 utilities + wifi included) can be shared by two people if needed.
Common areas include:
- Newly renovated bathroom
- Newly renovated eat-in kitchen with dishwasher
- Furnished living room with connected patio/balcony
-Furnished dining room
- backyard with pool
- Washer and dryer is to be installed December.
It's a super safe and quiet residential neighborhood on the 6 line with a bus stop across the street. Manhattan Express bus 2 blocks away. Right near Pelham Bay Park!
30 minute bus ride to Fordham University (RH)
