Hello potential roommates!
Opening for a room Feb 7th move-in located 8 min walk to 167 4 express train. Bus on the corner of building (bx13). The apartment is on the 24th floor (2 elevators). There is a laundromat in the building (2nd Floor), supermarket across the street, dollar store and pharmacy on the corner. Citi Bike stations around the neighborhood.
The room has two windows (plenty of natural light!), a closet with overhead storage, along with space for a queen-sized bed, a desk, dresser and more.
Looking for a clean, responsible, and friendly person. Roommate will have access to all common areas (balcony, living room, kitchen, bathroom & internet/wifi.)
Roommate agreement will be signed and finalized before moving in. Looking for someone interested in staying a minimum of 6 months to a year with a possible renewal after the lease agreement ends.
