We have a room available in our spacious, modern and fully renovated 3 bedroom apartment located in the heart of Astoria. The space is beautiful with large windows and lots of natural light and a private bathroom with stunning shower, tub. I am a Teacher and my roommate is a Project Manager for Google, both of us work full time. We generally relax on the weekends and spend whatever free time we do have at home or with family/friends. We keep the apartment clean and have a professional service come in monthly to help keep the place tidy.
The monthly rent includes a fully furnished apartment. Rent is to be paid on the 1st of every month. The apartment is located on 27th St near 30th ave, and is just a few blocks away from the subway station. 30th Ave is full of amazing restaurants, bars, coffee shops, etc. Our block is the best of both worlds in that it is close to 30th ave and the nightlife, but quiet even on the weekends so you can get a good night's rest.
This apartment comes with a washer/dryer, balcony with a grill and tables/chairs for summertime barbecuing, dishwasher, electric stove, oven, microwave, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine and fully-equipped kitchen. The bedroom has its own individual heating/cooling unit, which will allow you to keep the room at your desired temperature. Apartment features 12-foot ceilings and 10-foot windows giving the apartment a very luxurious feel.
