Use of mops, brushes, detergents, buffers, and other manual and/or mechanical cleaning equipment to dust, wash and polish floors, stairs, walls, windows, etc. in designated areas. Use ladders and scaffolds to clean high places such as ceilings, windows and light fixtures. Set up and take down of equipment for special events, including the placement and removal of tables, chairs, podiums, and stages in meeting rooms and classrooms, athletic fields, etc. Use manual or mechanical equipment to remove snow, clean sidewalks, and drive a ride mower. Must possess a valid New York State driver's license and have motor vehicle record which is free from major or repeat violations. $31401 per year.
