Performs a variety of semi-skilled or journey level maintenance, repair, and related activities. 2 years experience in maintenance or mechanical work or completion of an appropriate 2-year technical school course at a school, institute or branch of the Armed Services, such as the NYS CSEA Partnership (NYS CSEA-P) Applied Skilled Trades Certificate Program, or an equivalent combination of experience and training gained by completion of appropriate technical courses at a school, institute, or branch of the Armed Services are required. Experience in long-term care preferred. $37507 to $43103 per year.
