Safety Dynamics LLC has an opening for an Administrator/Administrative Assistant in Brooklyn, NY! Job responsibilities include: Answering/transferring telephone calls, keeping the office clean, collecting and interpreting data for reporting purposes; coordinate meetings and prepare correspondence and other documentation as needed. Assignment Details The Reception/Administrative Assistant provides administrative support services for one or more individuals and departments. Assists supervisor in routine personnel and training operational details. This individual typically reports to a company owner and COO. Responsibilities: Support the Learning Manager in daily office management and under the direct guidance General administrative support to the training team Assist company owners with recordkeeping, filing and meetings May maintain general cleanliness of office Recordkeeping and Coordination of the Scheduled Learning Events and Clients records Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical Creation of word documents, memos, and tables Creation and maintenance of excel spreadsheets for tracking project info Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Strong proficiency working with Microsoft Office Suite. Solid organizational skills with a demonstrated ability to multi-task. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Hours, Benefits, and Salary The First 3 months' rate will be $15 an hour, after that rate will be raised to $17.5 after 6 months of employment based on performance.
