PROJECT MANAGER REPAIR OF APARTMENTS AND HOUSES

Responsible for : 

- Quality control of work performed

- Creation and updating of schedules

- Marking of completed works

- Attraction and appointment of contractors for volumes (not requiring a license)

- Identification of additional works, communication with the budget department

- Drawing up lists for the purchase of draft materials

- Building routes for drivers (delivery/pickup).

- Budget control.

- Control of warehouse accounting in the system.

- Checking the drawings (project) and identifying any required changes.

Must have :

• Spoken English
• Experience from 3 years
• Work Permit
