Cornelia house has been very thoughtfully renovated and tastefully decorated.
Super convenient to transportation (2 min to Forrest Ave M train stop).
One room is larger, and another one is smaller but still spacious.
Apartment has a fully equipped kitchen (including dishes, pots, pans).
Furnishings include full size bed (bedding can be provided for a fee), rooms have closet, larger room can fit a desk.
Living room has TV.
Rent includes 2x a month cleaning of common spaces (not the rooms) and basic supplies (paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap and some others).
Building has laundry in the basement.
Couples considered, $200 extra to rent for 2nd person (no extra beds!).
Price for 12 months lease, shorter leases considered, add $80 to monthly rent.
