2 Co-Op buildings in Midwood, Brooklyn , 168 apartments in total. This is a position without accommodation.
You are to assist the superintendent in all repairs in the maintenance of the building,
including electrical, plumbing, plastering and painting works.
(e.g. light switch replacement, replacement of faucets, coils, etc.).
If you do not have experience with electrical or plumbing, please do not apply .
You must assist the cleaners when needed, including cleaning and polishing floors, using a snow blower, pressure washers, and using everyday tools needed for repairs. Duties also include picking up trash, sweeping and washing floors if the janitor is not at home.
Only those with the skills listed above should apply. A resume is required. Work experience of 2 years or more is required A background/credit check is also required. Trial period - 30 days.
