A real estate investment firm is looking for an organized, efficient and reliable office assistant with strong administrative skills.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, day-to-day office management, scanning, registration, administrative support and day-to-day office operations, as well as property development and management.

Requirements:

EXPERIENCE IN REAL ESTATE OR ANY OFFICE IS REQUIRED

At least 2 years of experience as an administrative assistant/office manager.

Excellent communication and writing skills with strong follow-up abilities:

Excellent PC knowledge (Microsoft Office: Word, Excel)

Professional appearance, demeanor and work habits

Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills

Must live within one hour drive of the office

Suggested Salary: $15-$30/hr depending on experience plus bonuses.

Mon-Fri from 9:00 to 18:00. The office is located in Rego Park, Queens.
